Steps
Your customer taps your link. From your app, your website or a campaign. The link carries a referral tag so every order is attributed to you. → Ordering and the customer journey
The order is placed on Atlas. Atlas Protocol handles the product page, checkout, payment, consent and the customer's email confirmation. Your brand is on the page. The order appears in your workspace immediately.
The kit ships. Within five working days from Berlin. Co-branded box, insert with the activation code, saliva collection device, prepaid return. → Kit and logistics
The customer returns the sample. Using the prepaid return in the box.
The laboratory runs the analysis. Atlas's laboratory network processes the sample. Your workspace shows the sample as received and in progress.
Results are prepared and released. Results are structured in layers. Layers that carry no medical claim are released as soon as they are ready. Layers that constitute a genetic examination under German law are released through the responsible physician. → The result surface
The customer sees results in your app. Through the embedded result surface. The customer signs in once with a code sent to the email they ordered with. → Integrate: iOS
