The kit

Every kit ships with the same five parts. The insert and the packaging carry your logo; the return is prepaid and pre-addressed, so your customer never fills in a form.

What is in the box

– Outer packaging, co-branded: your logo and Atlas, in a layout approved by both sides.

– Insert with instructions and the activation code for the result surface.

– Saliva collection device with stabilising buffer. No blood draw, no clinic visit.

– Prepaid return packaging and label.

Co-branding

You provide: logo as SVG or high-resolution PNG, primary colour, and any copy you want on the insert (up to [fill: word count] words). Atlas provides: the packaging layout, the regulatory text, the return instructions, and a print proof for approval. Both sides approve the final proof in writing before the first print run.

Activation code

Printed on the insert and sent in the order confirmation email. Format XX-XXXX-XXXX. The customer uses it in the result surface if the kit was not ordered under their own email. → Sign-in

Shipping

Kits ship from Berlin within five working days of a paid order. Destinations: the EU and the United Kingdom. Other destinations are assessed per market. → Security and data, Markets

Return

The return is prepaid. The customer follows the instructions in the box. Return time within the EU is typically one to three working days.

Sample quality

Every sample is checked on receipt. If a sample cannot be analysed, Atlas contacts the customer directly and arranges a new collection. Your workspace shows the order as awaiting sample again.

Turnaround

Results are typically ready three to four weeks after the sample reaches the laboratory.
